Shipping : We use a variety of freight options depending on the destination & size of the package.
Most items will be sent with either Aus Post or Fastway Couriers.
We will choose the carrier we feel will be the fastest and safest to deliver to your destination.
Aus Post will only accept items up to 105cm length / Fastway will not deliver to Post Office Boxes and in some rare occurrences they will not deliver to a particular destination.
Please do not blame us for delivery delays as once the item leaves us it is out of our control.
We do not monitor a shipment once it has departed us, tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay for your delivery. Please click on the link to check the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance we are happy to help but please do not blame us for issues with the delivery.
For large items we may need to use an alternative courier.
The postage cost you are charged and what you may see may differ, this is because the total cost is made up of the following : Satchel / Tough Bag / Padded Bag / Box cost + Postage Cost + Tracking + Insurance + Fees charged by Ebay & Paypal.
